Corporación El Tesoro was incorporated on March 16, 2011 and registered on April 6, 2011 as a non-profit entity; therefore, as of December 31, 2016 it is registered in the special tax regime (RTE). According to the transitory paragraph number 1 of article 19 of the tax statute (ET), the entities that intend to be in the regime and continue with the benefits during the recordable year 2021 must request their permanence and comply with the procedure established in article 356-2 of the ET and in the regulatory decree 2150 of 2017 issued by the National Government for such effect. In accordance with the above, and in compliance with paragraph 4 of article 364-5 of the ET "Web registration and submission of comments from civil society", the Corporation publishes the information and supporting documents for the request for permanence in the RTE, on its official website so that it is available to civil society and they can give us their opinion.
